TWO PEOPLE HAVE LOST THEIR LIVES

Two people have lost their lives and three others have survived after the canoe they were using for tourism sank in Singidani lake in Singida region. The Commander of the Fire and Rescue Service of Singida District Inspector Probi Kowinga has confirmed the occurrence of the incident and said divers conducted a rescue operation on December 22 and today they have completed the work by finding the two bodies. Those who died in the accident are Jabiri Iddy (20) and Mikidadi Rajabu (21). The accident happened while they were going to take pictures on the rocks in the middle of the lake.
